Payment for the price of the Products and the related shipping and delivery costs may be made using one of the methods indicated in the website's order form, which are summarized below.
-Payment by credit card and prepaid card.
-For online orders placed on the website, the Seller accepts both credit card and prepaid card payments without any additional charge to the cost of the Product and shipping. It is understood that the Customer must hold a valid credit card at the time of ordering the Products purchased online and that the name on the credit card must match the name provided in the billing details. If these conditions are not met, the order cannot be processed.
-At the time of purchase online, upon Order Confirmation, the amount relating to the Order will be charged to the Customer's credit card. The amount will therefore be actually charged to the Customer's credit card at the time the Order is sent to the Seller.
-If, upon receipt of the package containing the ordered Products, for any reason the Customer intends to exercise the Right of Withdrawal, within no later than 48 hours from the arrival of the package, by requesting the form to be completed via email, following the payment of the Products purchased online, the Seller will instruct the refund amount to be credited directly to the credit card previously used for payment.
-At no point during the purchase process is the Seller able to know the information relating to the credit card (for example, the credit card number or its expiry date), transmitted via a connection protected by an encrypted protocol directly to the website of the entity that manages the electronic payment. No computer archive of the Seller will retain such data.
-In no case can the Seller therefore be held responsible for any fraudulent and improper use of credit and prepaid cards by third parties.
